At Deluxe H2O, we are committed to providing high-quality water coolers and outstanding customer service. If you encounter any issues with your water cooler, please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

Coolers are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery if they are found to be defective, damaged, or malfunctioning due to manufacturer fault.

Beyond 30 days, exchanges will be considered only for units under our 1-year warranty, covering manufacturer defects and normal usage failures.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the cooler’s function.

Requests made after the 1-year warranty period.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact our customer service team by phone or email with your cooler’s serial number and a description of the issue.

We may request photos or conduct a brief inspection to verify the problem.

If eligible, we will schedule a free pickup and replacement at your convenience.

Delivery & Installation

All approved exchanges include free delivery and installation of the replacement cooler.

Additional Notes

If a cooler is exchanged within the first 30 days, the warranty period resets with the replacement unit.

For leased coolers, exchanges are free as long as the lease is active and payments are current.
