Frequently asked questions

1. What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to North, East, South and West London.

 

We also cover these areas: Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor, Ascot, Staines, Weybridge, Esher, Beaconsfield, Rickmansworth, Watford, Hemel Hemstead, Hatfield, High Wycombe, St Albans and Amersham. 

 

If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us and we'll be happy to check for you.

 

2. How often will I receive my water delivery?

We offer flexible delivery schedules weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on your needs. You can adjust your delivery frequency at any time.

 

3. What sizes of water bottles do you offer?

We provide standard 18.9L bottles that fit all standard water dispensers. 

 

4. Do you offer water dispensers for rent or purchase?

We currently offer one off  payments for dispensers, however we are working on coming up with a solution to partner with Klarna or PayPal to offer 3 part payments. 

 

5. Is there a deposit on the water bottles?

Yes a deposit is required if you go for our water bottle service, we charge £2 a bottle, if or when you stop using our service, then the deposit is refunded to you as long as you return our bottles in good condition.

 

6. What if I’m not home during delivery?

No problem, you can designate a safe drop-off location outside your house, all we ask is to please leave the empty bottles outside so we can take them back to our warehouse.

 

We aim to make deliveries as convenient as possible.

 

7. How do I place or change an order?

Orders can be placed by messaging us on WhatsApp/Text message or by calling us directly.

 

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

 

8. What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or pause your service at any time with at least 48 hours’ notice before your next scheduled delivery. No cancellation fees apply for regular service.

 

9. What should I do with empty bottles?

Please leave your empty bottles in the designated return area before your delivery. Our driver will collect them when dropping off your new order.

 

10. What if there’s a problem with my cooler or water?

If you experience any issues, call us on: 07432 6577690, we will try to repair your dispenser as fast as possible.
